Trainer Bio

Hey everyone!

I'm Alex and I'll be your trainer for this course on NVivo.

In 2019, I graduated from the University of Melbourne with a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and Media & Communications. I wrote my Honours thesis on the conservative discourse in Australian media.

This year, I'm currently completing a Masters of Global Media Communications. I'm also actively involved as a research assistant on archival projects such as the Melbourne History Workshop and Doctors Down Under. I'm the Project Officer at the Digital Studio, and over at Research Computing Services (where we are now) I'm the Research Community Coordinator for Omeka and NVivo.

In my free time, I love to play Tabletop Roleplaying Games. I'm currently loving Call of Cthulhu, Eclipse Phase, and Dungeons and Dragons.
